PAPER DIY

SAVE the DATES

Picture
Our inspiration was a boarding pass from a flight I took to get back home. I asked Fiance what his ideas were and he said a boarding pass (it was sitting on the desk in front of him). I did most of the work creating the Save the Date in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Fiance did help when I needed it as this is my first time working with Illustrator. He also gave quite a bit of input in the creative process. What makes this design so special and unique to us is the fact that he proposed to me on an airplane. This prints out at 3.5 x 7 inches.

CEREMONY PROGRAMS

Picture
I have been having a hard time deciding if we should have a program for the ceremony. I finally decided that it would be nice for us and family to have as a keepsake when the wedding is over and done with. I made it the way it is so it does not use more then one sheet of paper, easy to print and frame-able.

This is a rough draft that took me about a day to make. This includes looking for and downloading fonts and brushes for Photoshop. I also had no idea what a program looks like so I looked up an outline for that too on Google. It was a fun project to work on for a day. I did go through a few different looks before deciding on this one. This prints out at 8 x 10 inches. I may change my mind and go for a slightly different style. We will see.
